What’s Included in Your Tent Hire
Every hire includes the following as standard:

Your chosen tent or marquee – expertly cleaned, maintained, and prepared

Delivery and setup – to your venue, on a schedule that works for you

Takedown and collection – handled by our team after your event

All structural components – including poles, guy ropes, pegs, and fixings

Basic matting or flooring – available with many of our tent options

We also offer a wide range of finishing touches and furnishings that can be added to your booking — including lighting, seating, tables, fire bowls, and authentic Indian décor.
What to Expect Before Your Event
From your first enquiry, we’ll take time to understand your event:

Your style, ideas, or vision
We’ll recommend the best marquee, stretch tent, yurt, or bell tent setup for your needs, along with layout ideas and optional extras. Once you’re happy, we’ll confirm the booking with clear pricing, terms, and timelines.
Closer to the event, we’ll be in touch to confirm logistics, access requirements, and check the forecast so we can adjust if needed.
On the Day of Setup
We’ll arrive as scheduled and begin setup promptly. Most structures can be installed within a few hours, depending on the size and complexity of your event. Our team is polite, efficient, and used to working in a wide range of locations — from private gardens to fields, rooftops, and woodlands.
We’ll walk you through the space before we leave, answer any last questions, and make sure you’re happy with the final result.
After the Event
We return at an agreed time to take everything down, remove all equipment, and leave the site as we found it. If you’ve hired furniture or decor, we’ll pack and collect that too.
